Commercial Deep Fryers

Moffat offers stainless steel tanks as standard on all Blue Seal Evolution Series pan fryers including gas, electric, single and twin pan fryers. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than mild steel that we offer a 10-year warranty against material or weld failures on our fryer tanks.

Developed over a number of years by Blue Seal, the infrared burner system incorporated into our gas VeeRay fryers offers optimum operating efficiencies and high performance and output while also using less gas, lower flue temperatures and fast recovery.

Cobra fryers implement an open pot design and cool zones ensuring cooking oil lasts longer – making them easy to clean, even for the busiest kitchens.
